I order to make this procedure as comfortable as possible, TGMC has ivested i a product called the mammopad. The mammopad is a foam cushio placed betwee the patiet s breast ad the compressio paddle of the mammography uit. Sice Jue 1993, the Ceter has bee coductig a variety of programs, support groups ad screeigs that address promiet health cocers i the area. Services, such as the TGMC OutReach Opportuity Club, provide a safe, climate-cotrolled eviromet to walk for exercise. Members come throughout the day ad walk laps aroud Southlad Mall. The club is a great way for members to stay i shape, plus, they ca socialize with ew people ad keep up with the latest fashio ad sales i the mall. As with ay ew exercise program, members are ecouraged to check with a physicia for a medical evaluatio before gettig started.
