Health Allcatin Under the Health Reimbursement Accunt Plan, the member starts the beginning f a member s benefit year with an allwance called an allcatin t pay fr cvered services befre the and/r cinsurance is satisfied. The allwance is prrated the first year based n the member s effective date.
