CONTINUING EDUCATION Years Topic Study Topic 2017 SNOMED CT Content Development Course 2016 Update in HIT: Healthcare Data Analytics SNOMED CT Implementation Course 2015 SNOMED CT Foundation Course A three month course which provided a theoretical understanding of SNOMED CT content and its development and maintenance from a content authoring perspective. A two month, 14 module course covering data analytics methodologies used in all healthcare settings. The course included an overview of standards for interoperable health IT. A six month course that provides an understanding of SNOMED CT for those engaged in various parts of the implementation process - from the decision to adopt SNOMED CT, through to specification and procurement and/or design and development of SNOMED CT enabled solutions, to deployment and practical use. A three month introductory course designed to provide a broad foundational knowledge of SNOMED CT and to enable those who have completed the course to join in more advanced SNOMED CT e-learning courses.
