Completed advanced management training courses including Total Quality Management (1990), UIHC Advanced Management Institute (1991) and UIHC Institutional Leadership Development Program (2000). Instituted a Social Work Leadership Academy to train social workers to be more effective in their health care practice and as members of interdisciplinary teams.
