5 SSS - Medical lst Dec. 24 tem No. 3 : To decide on the proposals received for approval of fees structure for the s started durinq Academic Year 24-5: tem No. 3(a) : To consider and decide on proposals where there are no discrepancies. The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/nstitutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the started during Academic Year After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/nstitutes for the students wlio joined the started during Academic Year 24-5, subject to final approval/aftiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 24-5 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 24-5 till completion of the. Considered the letter dated //23 received from Dadasaheb Surupsing Naik Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, Dhule. t is in respect of fee to be collected from repeater students. The College can collect the fee from such students pro-rata of the failed subjects (for example if the fee is Rs.,,/- and there are five subjects, if a student fails in two subjects and it required to appear again for these two subjects, then college can charge Rs. 4,/-) for which they are required to appeared again. The fee is for the and in case students is not able to complete the within stipl~lated time, then College/nstitute can charge the fee which is declared for the next. For example the B.A.M.S. is 4 /2 years, if the fee declared for Academic Year 2-2 is Rs.,,/- then it will continue for 4 /2 years. Office to inform." t is not for the Samiti to tell the college how to recover the fees from those repeater students who are not paying it, but one thing is clear that the Samiti has no norm that the college can charge interest or peilalty if the fee is not paid or there is a delay.
