Please tell us what specifically interests you about this position, and what you hope to accomplish in it. To me, the role of any leader in AMSA is about coordinating with the entire team to achieve and maintain validity to the core value of AMSA. AMSA has maintained its stand to help, physicians-in-training learn and excel in their efforts to best serve the public. The position of an International Regional Director represents this very value to all the
2 International chapters of AMSA. As an international member, I have experienced this help through AMSA and have been finding ample opportunities to learn Every Day. The fact that AMSA has always been able to provide for students who wish to learn is of real value to med students nationally and internationally. The opportunity to learn and help others learn, that is created by AMSA, is what interests me to work with AMSA. I would love to work with AMSA, as an International Regional Director, to increase its outreach to as many International Medical schools as possible. This would help students, like me, who are aspiring to learn about various aspects of practicing in the field of health care. If selected, I plan on taking all the information about AMSA, personally, to the local level of the International Chapters. I wish to enlighten them about the opportunities being provided, aim to increase memberships, Activities at local level, Participation at National events, and much more. 3. Along with this I plan to be prepared to juggle my schedules as need be, based on a need to need basis. 4. In one sentence, what does AMSA mean to you? AMSA Is the Portal of Success for Physicians-in-Training and my best assuage for difficulties in Med School.
