4 Literature review Literature review Transfer evidence into practice This knowledge acquired by both clinicians and librarians will increase the sophistication of the dialogue between the two groups and in turn will expedite the transfer of evidence into practice. Evidence based practice is not just reading medical literature but integrating research with your clinical knowledge and applying it in clinical situations.
