These processes include a record of physicians continuous professional development, including professional education and on going training. It also includes a record of compliments and complaints and the outcome of investigation into such complaints.
6 WHY OHRD TESTIMONIALS Ask yourself why you need both experience and expertise from occupational health? Irrespective of the size of your organisation, or the size of your budget, you need to be confident that when you are paying for occupational health advice, it s the best you can get. It is hard to trust the advice of a GP led service who knows the basics only. It is also hard to trust the advice of an occupational health physician who baffles you with medical jargon or ambiguous statements. Similarly, can you really be comfortable with the advice of a doctor or nurse provided without occupational health qualifications or a successful track record. Choosing the wrong occupational health provider for your business can leave you woefully out of pocket, very frustrated and no further on. The Faculty of Occupational Health Medicine and the Health & Safety Executive provide guidance to employers when seeking occupational health services. OHRD tick all the boxes related to: Experience With physicians who have earned their stripes over the years and have a keen understanding of the issues affecting employees, employers and the ethical and legal boundaries Expertise In occupational health strategy, medical assessment, policy, procedure, training, risk assessment are all essential services we provide. Qualifications This includes qualifications up to consultant status with the membership of Faculty of Occupational Health Medicine and ensuring adherence to General Medical Counsel requirements. Integrity This, combined with excellent communication skills underpins the relationship with you. These are essential qualities OHRD brings to the table. We assess pricing structures from the outset and what you can expect for the fee. OHRD also provide you with contact with current clients to give you the opportunity to hear directly from others what we are like to work with. We hold all essential professional and business indemnity insurance. And finally, as an excellent occupational health service we at OHRD have the courage of our convictions and make unambiguous, independent robust yet fair decisions about employees fitness for work. we have been very impressed with the quality of reports received and the professionalism of the service provided by OHRD Director from a leading Education sector client OHRD are competitive, friendly, reliable and offer an excellent all round service.
