An effective health surveillance programme provided by a specialist occupational health provider ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and demonstrates a responsible employer s commitment to the health and wellbeing of their workforce. Employers will be familiar with the relevant UK workplace legislation, but may also have internal or global standards they would wish to meet in addition to the regulatory requirements. IOM provides a comprehensive range of health surveillance services, delivered peripatetically throughout the UK, underpinned by our Quality Management System and clinically supervised by our Lead Occupational Physician.
