The Green House Project has invited, Empira, a consortium of over 20 skilled nursing facilities that created a successful restorative sleep program to share cornerstones and best practices. This session will also explore new curriculum to equip nurses with knowledge necessary to work in a Green House Homes including, knowledge of the model, role clarity, and effective communication skills. If you are a DON, Green House nurse, or nurse in a transforming legacy home this session is for you! Creating a Collaborative Coaching Culture (Calling all Green House Guides, Educators, and Coaching Leaders) SPEAKER: Marla DeVries, The Green House Project Why is collaborative coaching culture so important? Research shows The Green House model gets reinforced or eroded one decision at a time. Creating a collaborative culture among shahbazim and between the clinicial support team and the self-managed work team is critical to protect the model and your investment to Green House. This session will also join up with the nurses to explore the role that healthy sleep plays in well-being. Come explore the collaborative partnerships that sustain the GH model and equip the teams for long term success.
