Our hopes for receiving the clarity, consistency, and a reasonable approach to regulation that we have been asking for were clearly not realized and instead we stand again surrounded by questions, confusion, and risk. With that backdrop, it s never been more important to understand what this new and continually changing regulatory landscape means for your business, to find out what you need to do to protect yourself, and to hear from (and speak with) the experts and thought-leaders in these areas.
