Exhibit fee must accompany the completed exhibit booth registration form. Fees include: pipe and drape, exhibitor name sign, security, two badges (which permit entry into the exhibit hall), and two exhibitor meal packages valued at $175 each two continental breakfasts (Thursday & Friday), two lunches (Thursday & Friday), and the opening reception (Wednesday). The Awards Banquet (Saturday evening) and breakfast and lunch on Saturday are not included in the exhibitor meal package since the exhibit hall closes Friday afternoon. Additional exhibitor meal packages are available at $175 each; individual meal tickets may be purchased onsite. The exhibit hall is carpeted. Exhibits must remain open until 2:30 pm on Friday. Exhibitors who break down their booths prior to 2:30 pm on Friday will not be invited to future Education Summits. 4 Important: No one will be admitted to the exhibit hall without a badge. Each exhibit booth reservation receives two (2) badges per 10 X 10 booth or its equivalent, which will permit entry to the hall during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Additional booth staff may attend for $100 per person. Additional meal packages and individual meal tickets are available for $175 each. Please Note: Registration for Summit educational and business sessions are not included with exhibitor booth registration, and exhibitor badges will not be honored for admission to sessions. Exhibitors must purchase full Summit registration at the NLN member price to attend any Summit 2010 educational or business session. If exhibitors are a recognized NLN sponsor for a Summit session, the company representative will be issued a Sponsor name badge which should be worn for admission to that particular event. Please submit all completed full Summit registration forms with payment, clearly marked Exhibitor Full Summit Registration, by mail to Summit Registration Office, 1231 East Dyer Road, Suite 240, Santa Ana, CA 92705; or by fax to: Summit Registration Office at BOOTH REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE The NLN reserves the right to accept or refuse a booth application from any exhibitor, and, once the exhibit is on the floor, to require its modification or removal, whenever the NLN considers such an exhibit to be detrimental to the NLN s business, professional, or ethical interests; if the displayed products do not meet the professional standards of the NLN; or the exhibit does not comply with the rules and regulations for exhibiting at the Education Summit. If an exhibitor is asked to leave the exhibit hall due to an infraction as noted above, it is agreed that no refund shall be made by the National League for Nursing and no demand for redress will be made by the exhibiting organization. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor s activities in the exhibit hall area and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the NLN and Caesars Palace, its owner and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. Booth Regulations All exhibits must be freestanding and self-supporting and may not obstruct the view of, or interfere with, any adjacent booths. No part of an exhibit or sign may be pasted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors, etc. Exposed, unfinished sides of an exhibit booth must be draped.
