To address these, many companies are going distributed, which allows them to expand their talent pool while attracting the 53.3% of developers who prefer to work remotely. Communication is key in working together -- Slack is our office. There is a lot of trust there. With microservices across 10 teams, it s complicated! The team s trust is a testament to Murphy s curiosity and willingness to ask questions. Kristina Kemmer InVision Quickly mastering this, he was given broader feature work, then moved on to front-end tasks using React and Angular, and picked up Go along the way. In the past year, he has gained extensive knowledge of the product and is able to take on any ticket within the InVision repos. ON GROWTH AT INVISION Working with InVision has evolved my approach to problem solving and allowed me to explore things that I ve been curious about, like software architecture.
