1 ADMI Final PLACEMENT REPORT for batch Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute (ADMI) was able to provide 100 % final placement assistance to its students irrespective of their specialization. It was possible because of the trust of our regular recruiters, alumni, faculty and new associates who believe that ADMI is different and unique. The Placement Cell of the Institute comprises of the Placement Officer & a student Placement Committee, they conduct various corporate events like Guest lectures, Round Table Conferences, Seminars, Panel discussions, etc. which helps management students to understand the corporate challenges under the guidance of esteemed professionals. They also invite corporate executives to conduct Executive Campus Placement Programs for our management graduates by offering summer and Final Placements. Our placement activities help us understand the corporate expectations as well as the students aspirations with the objective to bridge the gap between Industries - Academia relationships. We are very proud of our last year associates who respected us as an Institute of the University of Mumbai and understand the potentiality and capability of our Management students who are equipped to prove themselves in any challenge of the corporate worlds. The Companies have been keen to hire our students in various key roles, even in this strained job-market has in turn helped us provide ample placement opportunities this season. We have had some major brands like CRISIL,PwC, Motilal Oswal, ICICI Securities, India Infoline, Capital First Ltd, Bombay Stock Exchange, Edelweiss, S&P Global, Keynote Financial services, CITI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank etc. providing students with opportunities in Investment Banking, Audit, Risk Management, Retail Banking, Customer Relationship Management, etc. Fast Moving Consumer Goods/ Durables FMCG giants like ITC, Bajaj Corp, Berger paints among others have provided opportunities to our students. 4 Consulting This sector has been one of our highest opportunity provider this year with companies like Euro Asia Consulting providing opportunities in Management consulting, companies like Dun & Bradstreet, SS&C Globeup, SS Advisors India pvt ltd. Among others providing opportunities in Financial Consulting. HR consulting companies like Mentoria also provided our HR students with roles in recruitment. IT & Pharma Companies like Capgemini, HUPP Technologies, FSL Software provided opportunities in the IT domain for Sales, Analysts roles among others. Companies like Midas-care, Rubicon provided opportunities for operations students in the pharma domain. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing The booming sector of the Indian economy made its presence felt during this year s Placements season. ADMI had startups and established e-commerce companies vying for the talent pool of management graduates. Companies like Jaro Education, Clatter Chatter, Byjus, CC Avenues etc. knocked our doors and offered various roles in digital marketing, sales & operations. Others There were many other Companies not falling in the above categories which recruited our students in large numbers. These Companies operate in various domains like Logistics, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Insurance, etc. Some of the prominent names include MCX, Godrej Properties, Himland Trade monitors, RMC Ready-mix, Aegon Life insurance, Jeena & Co., etc. Conclusion:- The Final Placements for the MMS batch of has been a success for Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute. Our Institute has provided 100% placement assistance this year as well, in keeping with the trend of the previous years.
