2 Highlights 174 % increase in number of Offers Offers from 40 new organisations out of 58 79% increase in number of Participating Companies The Final Placement season for the MBA/PGDM class of of the Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (I 2 IM) witnessed the participation of the top recruiters across all sectors. This year placement process witnessed participation of 84 students. The institute has generated 359 offers from 58 organizations like Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Collabera Technologies Private Limited, D B Corp Limited, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, ICICI Securities Limited, IMRB International, India Infoline Limited, IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, NJ INDIA Invest Private Limited, Sales India, SNL Financial (I) Private Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, Tiny ERP, Triveni Fashions and Vodafone West Limited. 3 Student Profile Class Size 119 MBA 06 PGDM Interested Students 84 Placement Assistance Programme (PAP) - Activities Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (I 2 IM), Faculty of Management Studies, a constituent of Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) has organized the following activities as a part of Placement Assistance Programme (PAP) with an aim to equip them with the required skills, knowledge and attitude generally solicited by organizations during recruitment: A seminar on Placement Assistance Programme delineating complete placement process (In-off Campus) was held on July 26, A workshop on Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume Designing and to impart Placement Etiquettes was held on July 28, A total of 116 students participated in the workshop. A workshop was administered under Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test for 102 students on July 29, A workshop on Group Discussion with an aims to a structured but informal exchange of knowledge, ideas, and perceptions among the participants on any issue, topic or subtopic for 120 students on December 10, Mock Group Discussion was organized on December 12, 2014 for 86 students in total 10 teams. A Questionnaire Session on Students Placement Inputs aimed to get genuine inputs of students career plans was organized on July 26, The information so generated through the questionnaire and counseling. A workshop on Leadership Programme for budding professional and Counseling session based on Extended DISC test was organised on September 12, 2014 for 13 students. A workshop on Personal Interview and one-to-one personal interview was organized during January 31-February 1, Institute has invited experts from industry to conduct one-to-one personal interview of students.
