13 Scheduling a ZOOM Meeting 1. Go to zoom.us in a web browser 2. Sign in with (For Example): Username: zoomcall1@txla.org or zoomroom1@txla.org Password: Txla1902 or 1. At the top of the page either Schedule A Meeting, Join A Meeting, or Host A Meeting. 2. After saving the meeting you will have the option to send invites by Outlook. Invite people that you wish to have in the meeting.

15 Unit Budgets Why you need funds (Not Standing Committees) Programs Basic moderated panel at Annual Assembly/Conference $150 Program with AV: $500 Speaker honorarium / Speaker gift ($20) Supporting Scholarships, Awards & Stipends Supporting Leadership Development Supporting Legislative Activities Miscellaneous Advocacy and activities
16 Unit Budgets How you obtain funds TLA Membership dues allocations: Districts receive 1/10 of 1% of all membership dues for the fiscal year. (In FY2017, the amount was $591 to each of the Districts.) When a member selects YOUR unit when filling out a membership form: Divisions receive 10% of their member dues RTs get 5% of their member dues The more members the more resources your unit will have to help provide programming and services! Sponsors / Donors (Need to work closely with TLA staff due to long standing agreements in place) District Meetings (Tuition) Grants GoFundMe or other activities
