20 Grant Funds for GI Projects Factors to be Eligible for Grant Projects: Available Watershed Information (i.e. hydraulic modeling, subsurface conditions and information on the water quality in the receiving water body). Relevance of the proposed improvements in terms of impact to the watershed or immediate water body s water quality. Relevance of the proposed improvements in terms of impact to the community. Support letters from non-profit organizations, local, state, and federal organizations. Support from local government and commitment to match funds and provide long term maintenance.
