23 CAMP Update Status of negotiations: CAMP Comprehensive Airport Modernization Program Multiple weekly calls and meetings among negotiating team In-person meetings with Edgemoor to discuss business points prior to substantive drafting (March 26 th, March 27 th, April 3 rd ) Core framework of CAMP Agreement developed Process for drafting CAMP Agreement: City will turn the first, complete draft of CAMP Agreement and send to all City stakeholders for review and feedback Will then send the final City-approved draft to Edgemoor and commence formal negotiations Drafted additional list of 150+ documents needed prior to financial close; will divide drafting work after input from city finance and bond counsel
