Global Diaspora Week (GDW) October 12-18, 2014 is a week dedicated to diaspora communiaes and their contribuaons to global development. Organized by the InternaAonal diaspora Engagement Alliance (IdEA), GDW is intended to create awareness, enable collaboraaon and enhance learning amongst those working with diaspora communiaes in different locaaons around the world. With two- year experiences hosang the GDW China Forum, United Cultures InnovaAon Center For InternaAonal CooperaAon (UCIC) and Harvard US- China Economic InteracAon Council (HUCEIC) are invited to be the host for the 2014 GDW China Forum. Based on this theme, the Entrepreneurship Development and OpportuniAes for US Chinese Diaspora Beyond Borders Forum is a premier event for Chinese Americans and Chinese entrepreneurs to share their experience with the younger generaaon, aiming at breaking the borders of China and US, cross the generaaon gap, and blend the crystals and wisdom of various fields and industries to encourage entrepreneurs to communicate and therefore increase mutual understanding and potenaal collaboraaons.
