3 2 WELCOME TO ICNC 2019 Dear Colleagues and Friends, It is our great pleasure to formally announce ICNC 2019, the International Conference on Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT which will be held in the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal, from 12 to 14 May The ICNC meeting has been a key international scientific event for nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT imaging for more than 20 years. It provides an opportunity for clinicians and scientists from all over the world to gather to learn about new advances and to exchange scientific ideas and experiences in a distinctive environment. As always, our congress will also provide a unique opportunity by which our Industry Partners may network with the most influential non-invasive cardiologists and cardiovascular imaging specialists from across the world. The upcoming meeting will provide an exciting and diverse scientific programme which offers a full spectrum of opportunities ranging from continuing education to cutting-edge presentations of original scientific research. The EACVI is the world leading network of cardiovascular imaging experts, welcoming more than 11,000 professionals including cardiologists, sonographers, nurses, basic scientists and allied professionals. Meeting Rooms Meeting Rooms allow companies to host a limited number of guests and organise small and informal meetings (approximately 20 pax) in a range of rooms reserved for 2 and half days and available within the congress centre. Hands-on and training of products/ therapies are not permitted in Meeting Rooms. The rooms include a standard set-up. Meeting Rooms organisers are responsible for additional furniture, AV equipment and catering arrangements. Meeting Rooms can be made available for one day minimum depending on availability and on request only. Price available upon request. Closed Industry Meetings During available time slots, fully furnished and AV equipped lecture rooms can be used to organise closed industry meetings which are on invitation only. The following rules apply to this meeting category: Meeting is closed and on invitation only. Maximum attendance is 200 guests. Meeting is not promoted in the congress centre or in any ICNC 2019 publications. Closed Industry Meetings Price 60-minute meeting: 3,000 Additional cost per increment of 30mins: 1,500 Permitted meeting types: Company staff meeting, congress briefing, investigators meeting, clinical trial updates. Strictly forbidden: meeting with any formal presentations for delegates. 15 Application & Guidelines for Industry Participation at ICNC 2019 All exhibition, satellite, sponsorship and partner services forms should be completed, signed and returned as soon as possible, as items will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Returning a signed Order Form implies a tacit agreement of the ICNC 2019 Guidelines for Industry Participation. The ICNC 2019 Guidelines for Industry Participation will be communicated to the participating companies in due course to help with the organisation of the event. All terms and conditions regarding your participation will be detailed in these Guidelines for Industry Participation.
