1 ISSUE 2 VOLUME 2 YEAR 2016 The first quarter of 2016 has been exciting for Huttons. We established our new partnership in Indonesia, Huttons Real Estate Indonesia (Huttons REI). This partnership provides us with new opportunities for Indonesian market as well as open up more Indonesian clients for other Huttons Projects. As the Agency of Choice, I am glad to share that we continue to partner many developers to market their new projects. We have a good mix of residential and commercial projects, both locally and internationally. Our local launches, including some upcoming projects, are Centrium Square, T-Space, Parc Life Executive Condominium, Sturdee Residences, Asana and Stars of Kovan. We have also launched several international projects, for example, One Regent in Manchester, ElpisTruganina in Melbourne, Mariner's Quarters (Royal Wharf Phase 3) in London, MARKET Vista Verde (One Series) in Ho Chi Minh, The Residence in Osaka and Pacific Skyloft in Manila. We have also performed well in the resale and leasing sectors. Huttons REI is currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia. With branches planned for the rest of the country, it aims to be the Agency of Choice in Indonesia. Huttons REI s office is located at Jln Tiang Bendera 5 No 3 Jakarta Barat - Indonesia 11230, about 20 mins from the Sukemo Hentho International Airport. It has started quickly, recruiting salesperson and preparing to market its project, One Casablanca soon. It is headed by experienced Huttons Associates, Mr Sulomon Wiradjaja and Mr Alex Ho. Official Launch of the Gateway in Cambodia On 27 February 2016, the groundbreaking ceremony for The Gateway took place at its actual development site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The event was graced by his excellency Hun Manet, a Lieutenant General of the Cambodian Armed Forces, as well as key members of Cambodia s business elite. The management team from Huttons Singapore is proud to be an integral part in making this ground-breaking ceremony a great success. The event started at the break of dawn where invited guest started streaming in. After a brief introduction of the development, the Ribbon cutting ceremony was initiated followed by the viewing of the show-suites. The Gateway is a flagship joint development project between TA Corporation Pte Ltd from Singapore and Alpha Property Construction in Cambodia. Huttons Hope - A Sporty Bowling Event with the Kids The Huttons Hope Team organised a bowling activity on 15 March 2016 for the teenagers of Chen Su Lan Methodist Children Home. More than 20 teenagers and 15 volunteers came together to have an energetic and sporty bowling session at Superbowl Toa Payoh Safra. Normally, the teenagers do not have the opportunity to go for a bowling game. So they were very appreciative of the effort by the volunteers. The bowling event ends off with a Mcdonald treat for the teenagers. They enjoyed their bowling session and Mcdonald s ice-cream, and we hope to bring joy and happiness to their life. Page 5

Future of Us Exhibition - to Explore the future of Real Estate Huttons was invited by Minister Lawrence Wong to visit the Future of Us Exhibition on 1st March The exhibition is an immersive and multi-sensory experience that offers a glimpse into the possibilities of how Singaporeans can live, work, play, care and learn in the future. The exhibition will call on Singaporeans to share their hopes and dreams for themselves, their family and the nation, and to participate in steering the Singapore journey towards the future. It is the capstone event to round up Singapore s SG50 year of celebrations. Our Huttons leaders had a wonderful time for the visit as they explore the future of Real Estate - Floating HDB, innovation thinking and new technologies. Huttons Leaders Cohesion at Gardens by The Bay As part of our continuous efforts to promote cohesion and boost bonding among our Huttons Associates, our Huttons Leaders were invited to a cohesion session at the Gardens by the Bay to view their new floral display, "Blossom Beats", which showcase Cherry Blossoms (commonly known as Sakura). Also in bloom at Gardens by the Bay were peach blossoms, including the Prunus Genpei Shidare which has flowers of two different colours red and white growing on the same plant.
