5 OUR SERVICES Builders Work Refine Construction s services comprise design conceptualisation, planning, managing and execution of deliveries in every corporate, commercial and residential project. We undertake modifications of existing buildings in their interior and/or exterior façade according to the customised design and/or functionality of the architectural space. We work within our clients cost management and work schedules. We prioritise and assist to achieve our clients objectives and goals in all phases of work from architectural designing to construction, and produce high quality work. Interior Work Refine Construction also integrates its management of construction, fabrication, supply and installation of interior-related work. The services include all interior fit-outs, carpentry/joinery works and contract furnishing, where we work closely with architects and designers to achieve the best innovation and installation solutions for every project. Other Related Work Refine Construction believes in engaging specialists of different fields to manage and supervise on mechanical and electrical applications, and civil and associated services. The services we provide are comprehensive as we also provide moving and storage services, re-instatements of existing premises through which we meet our clients different specifications.
