6 Custom Program Electric and Gas When is it custom? Is NOT listed on the standard list Hours of operation are significantly high (>6,000 hrs like 24/7 applications) Breakthrough demonstration exterior lighting - $0.30/kWh (LED and Induction)

7 Who can apply? Public Sector: local government, munis, public schools, community colleges, public universities, IL state/federal facilities Service Territories Electric: Ameren Electric and ComEd Gas: Ameren Gas, Nicor, Peoples and North Shore

8 Incentive Limits: MAX is $300,000 (can be higher than that if multiple locations in one application) MAX 75% of Total Project Cost (most likely will be much lower) If there is co-funding (SEP, EECBG, ICECF) the MAX SUM of the two is 100% of Total Project Cost

9 Other Requirements Customer has to submit Final Application within 45 days of project completion Below $50,000 it s a rebate Over $50,000 it s a grant Pre-approval IS REQUIRED for Custom Incentives Pre-approval is strongly encouraged for Standard Incentives

34 Pipe Insulation Available for missing/defective Insulation (not for new pipes) Incentives vary by pipe size and R factor Documentation (pictures) of existing Insulation and new Insulation are required

36 Application Process Customer is the Applicant and fills out application (Appendix A) gets the rebate Contractor fills out Contractor Reporting Requirements (Appendix B)

37 Pre-Approval IS REQUIRED IF: Total Application >$10,000 (and/or) Total Steam Traps failed >30 OR (and/or) Total Pipe Insulation >300ft Final Application is always required
