2 City of Salisbury s s Energy Initiative Retained Energy Consultant - Assists in obtaining purchasing contracts for electricity - Evaluates City facilities for energy savings opportunities - Suggested energy performance contracting - Helps write grant and loan applications - Helps quantify savings
