2 COMPANY SUMMARY The New Nordic Group is a multinational business that manages a full-cycle real estate development process, with in-house professionals spread across 8 key divisions. The group controls its developments from the moment that the first shovel is put in the ground, all the way through to catering for the thousands of guests that visit its resorts throughout the year. A primary goal of the New Nordic Group has always been to create vibrant holiday villages, in strategically chosen locations, that can service a wide range of tourists. Villages are built to exacting standards and contain the shared infrastructure necessary to provide a complete range of onsite facilities. The New Nordic Group offers real-estate options for those looking to generate income, or those simply seeking a property for personal use. The New Nordic Group offers condominiums and a range of financial investment products which are secured against real-estate; these products offer the investor a choice of terms and interest rates. With 8 resorts under full-time management, the New Nordic Group has gained invaluable experience that enables it to manage assets in a highly efficient manner, and to pass on advantageous levels of returns to investors. The New Nordic Group is based in Hong Kong, and operates branches in Norway, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines. It s head corporate offices are located in Singapore and Bangkok.

4 FULL-CYCLE REAL ESTATE AND HOSPITALITY COMPANY We at the New Nordic Group pride ourselves in offering hands-off solutions to our owners and investors. Our team of specialists work in the following areas Project Development Operations & Hospitality Travel Marketing & Events Legal Finance Sales & Agencies Business Development We have almost 10 years of experience in the ASEAN region, and our group currently has more than 1,000 employees located throughout our various locations. To date, we have launched 100 projects, 50 of which we have already completed. We have sold our products to 3,000 clients, a number which is steadily growing.

5 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT EXPERTISE Our project development division is multi-skilled and experienced in the creation of various types of projects including apartment buildings, condominiums, villas, hotels and commercial buildings. We currently also have several water parks under construction. We have always utilized our own construction companies rather than employing the services of a third-party contractor. This practice has enabled us to be successful in the implementation of two fundamental principles of our business, maintaining a tight grip on quality control, and efficient financial management. Risk management is another consideration that spans the life of any of our sites. We work on this whilst also monitoring the essential areas of Health and Safety and environmental impact. In addition, our team provides a detailed level of reporting to colleagues and investors alike, this starts at the initial project planning stage and leads on to regular and precise construction updates. We have embarked on a campaign to build to LEED certification standards throughout all future projects. This forms just one part of our Green Goes Orange sustainability initiative, which we have written more about on page 13 of this document. Post-completion onsite services are provided by our maintenance engineers, security staff, IT support, building management and cleaning teams. 6 COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIOS & EXTENSIVE HOSPITALITY SERVICES Our full-time hospitality team is made up over 100 members of staff. With this level of cover, we can support our average occupancy rates of 50-60% during low-seasons and from 70-95% during high-seasons. Our dedicated sales and reservations team utilize their expertise in areas including OTA, B2B and the corporate market place to target a diverse range of tourists. In addition to our in-house guests, our food & beverage division also provides regular services to local and expatriate clientele. We are averaging a total of more than 30,000 covers in our restaurants per month. Our specialized banqueting and events team can provide a full-service for events located in our numerous facilities including rooftops with panoramic sea & island views, ballroom and meeting rooms. We have a specific retail department business which has a proven track record of operating and leasing our commercial assets at an average occupancy rate of 91% (2017). Our dedicated performance and quality control teams are focused on our strategy to develop and diversify our hotels and resorts. We do this by procuring and managing contracts with a small number of carefully selected 3 rd party hospitality, F&B and retail brands. 9 Project Development LEGAL Naturally, many of our clients are not well-versed in the local laws of the area that they choose to invest in. Our legal team therefore conduct an enormous amount of due-diligence work that not only enables our directors to choose the most suitable locations for foreign investment, but it also affords our clients the level of service and protection that they deserve. As one would expect, administrative work and liaison with local governmental departments continues throughout the life of any project. This is where our legal team work to provide the most seamless process possible, in adherence with all relevant regulations.
