2 Dear SHARE er, Preface The 35th f.t. Board Your studentlife is about to start! The studentlife does not only mean studying, there is so much more next to that part. SHARE organizes serveral activitites during the acadamic year. During these activities you get to know your fellow students, but you also get to know the study in another aspect. The activities we organize are for example: study related activities, a studytrip, a ski trip, several drinks and a gala. Besides that SHARE also organizes The Health Business Week. To organize such activities we compose committees every year. You can also join a committee as a freshman! Every committee will be responsible for its own activities. This book will discribe the several committees this association has to offer. So if you would like to be part of a committee, do not doubt and subscribe! Being part of a committee is so much fun and besides that you will improve your organizational skills! If you are interested, read this book and think about which committee suits you best and which position you would like most. When you have decided that you would like to take place in a committe you can subscribe by filling in the application form that you can find at the end of this book. You can send your form to Board@share-fa.com or you can hand it in at Bayle building J7-05. That is where our boardroom is! Do not hestitate too long, because the deadline for handing in your form is the 11th of September. If there are things unclear or if you have got some questions for us, you can always find us in the boardroom (Bayle building J7-05). You are also welcome if you want to have a nice chat about anything else. With love, The 35th f.t. board of SHARE Every year students take part in the board of Faculty Association SHARE. This year the board of SHARE will consist of six people. We will introduce ourselves to those who are not yet familiar with us. Lequisha Suisse (20) is a second year BMG student and will be our President for this year. She will take place in the Ski trip Committee as a general member of the board. Anne de Pender (21) is a third year BMG student and will take place in the board as Secretary. She will take place in the Healthy Committee aswell as in the Short trip Committee as general a member of the board. Daan van Hoof (20) is a third year BMG student and he will take place in the board as Treasurer. He will also take place in the Study trip Committee aswell as in the Audit Committee as a general member of the board. Janneke de Vries (23) is a masterstudent. This year she will be our Manager of Education and she will also be our vice president. She will take place in the Academic Committee as a general member of the board. Kimberly van der Wijk (21) is a second year BMG student and she will be our Manager of Internal relations this year. She will take place in the Events Committee aswell as in the Dies Committee as a general member of the board. Bram Jenster (21) is a third year BMG student. He will be our Manager of External relations this year. He will also take place in The Health Business Week Committee as a general member of the board.

3 Committees Events Committee Besides the study-related activities, like every year there will be the activities which are in the light of sociability. Besides activities like a cocktails workshop, dinners and other activities we would like to organize together with the Event-committee a few sportive activities. For the Events committee we are looking for enthusiastic members who like to organize activities during the entire year. For this committee we are looking for persons to fulfill the next functions: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Promoter, Events manager. Dies Committee Health Business Week Committee The Health Business Week Committee organizes the yearly Health Business Week. At this event, the students will have the opportunity to get in touch with companies that are related to healthcare and learn more about the job opportunities. The Health Business Week starts off with a grand opening including multiple interesting speakers. During the rest of the week students can attend multiple masterclasses, workshops, inhousedays and network drinks to expand their professional network. This committee has already been formed earlier this year. This year the Health Business Week committee consists of the following members: Chairman: Eline Scheer, Secretary: Michelle Bergmans, Treasurer: Janine Geluk, Event manager opening: Carlijn Rouwhorst, External relations: Shokova Ahonzada, External relations: Merlijn van der Riet, External relations: Doortje Hols, Promotion & Design: Anne de Jong, General member of the board: Bram Jenster Healthy Committee Every year SHARE becomes a year older and of course we will celebrate this big. Every year the Dies Committee organizes the birthday (Dies Natalis) of SHARE. Do you know how to organize a party? Then this committee may be something for you! For this committee we are looking for persons to fulfill the next functions: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer. Be aware! For this committee you can not apply at this moment. We will recruit members for this committee after Christmas. Are you interested for this committee, then like our Facebookpage for more information! This year the Healthy will focus more on the writing of articles that will be posted on our social media channel! Besides that we will produce one (online) magazine at the end of the year, to look back at the things this year has brought us! Do you like to write or do you want to improve your writing skills? Would you like to improve your graphical skills? Join the Healthy committee! For this committee we are looking for persons to fulfill the following functions: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Graphical, Editor (The Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer can support the Graphical and Editor positions)

4 Academic Committee Study trip Committee The academic committee organizes several study related activities every year. Examples of these activities could be visiting the ministry of Health or visiting the disciplinary board in The Hague. Besides these visits the academic committee also organizes guest lectures with interesting lecturers. Are you interested in organizing activities like these and expanding your network? Do not hesitate and apply for the study committee! For the academic committee we are looking for persons to fulfill the following functions: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Promoter. Audit Committee The study trip committee will be responsible for the organization of the study trip. The study trip is one of the biggest events of the year! The trip has everything from study-related activities to nonstudy related activities and, of course, a lot of fun! As a member of this committee, you have the chance to organize this trip. Are you enthusiastic? Do you want to improve your organizational skills? Do not look further and apply for a spot in this committee! Oh and how great is it that you go on the trip for sure? The study-trip committee is looking for members for the following functions: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Promotion, Design & Acquisition, Manager non-study related activities, Manager study-related activities Short trip Committee The Audit committee is a committee which supports the Treasurer. They will also check the finances and will go through the all financial transactions a few times a year. As result of their activities, they advise the Treasurer. The Audit committee consists three members. They will be chosen during the General Assembly (Change of the Board). The members for this committee have already fulfilled a Board position in previous years. The short trip committee will organize a nice trip of +/- 3 days to a great location! Next to that this committee will organize the Freshmen weekend for the new members of the academic year If you are doubting to join a committee because you are affraid that it will take you too much time, the short trip committee will be a great solution! It is what you call a light committee, so it will not take too much of your time. So, would you like to organize these two weekends and improve your organizing skills? Join the Short trip Committee! 5 Ski trip Committee Click into your skis, straighten your glasses and slide down one of the beautiful white skiing slopes in the company of some of your dearest study friends. Just like last year, SHARE organizes an annual ski trip open to all members. The Ski trip committee is responsible for organizing the yearly skiing/snowboarding trip. The committee will look for a suitable location, accommodation and fill the agenda with lots of activitities (after the skiing/snowboarding, ofcourse). The trip will last a long weekend. Do you think you have what it takes to organize an amazing ski trip? Then this committee might be something for you!
