Dear Bootcamper, We want to welcome you to your Lifetime Membership of the Business School Bootcamp for Therapists! What an amazing step you are taking to build a successful private practice. We are so honored that you are here and that you are allowing us to be part of your business- building journey. This is your guidebook, your information hub, your handy dandy helper to all things bootcamp. Please read it, thoroughly, as it has everything you need to know to get started. We developed this based on feedback from our alumni! It s hard to fully explain the transformation on which you are about to embark. So instead of getting into descriptions, we want you to experience it for yourself. Let s get started!

Calendar Time We are going to take you through each item that needs to go on your calendar, and explain the purpose and process for each of these events! Bonus coaching calls The earlier you sign up the more opportunity you have to join in our hour- long bonus calls. We take questions about anything related to your private practice building. These calls are recorded and made available for attendees who are registered with bootcamp prior to the scheduled call. Click on the link next to each date to join us for the call. June 24 th 10am to 11am PST July 22 nd 10am to 11am PST August 26 th 10am to 11am PST bonus- coaching
These are the same format and program we use for our live webinars. If your Internet isn t reliable, consider using the phone feature when you login. Be sure to have a pair of regular headphones to avoid an echo. Jumpstart Program Your jumpstart program starts as soon as you enroll in bootcamp. Every 7 days you will receive a mini- lesson to complete. We recommend you schedule between minutes to watch the video and implement your jumpstart lesson. Fall 2015 Bootcamp Bootcamp begins Monday, September 28 th 2015 and ends October 11 th Monday- Thursday you will get a new module opened up in the online classroom at 12:01am PST. Miranda + Kelly will also both be available for questions in the private Facebook group for this entire two weeks. You can ask them unlimited questions during that time. Launch Party September 9 th 11am to 12pm PST This is a big celebration to get us all psyched for the Bootcamp and answer any lingering questions. We also give away one entry to Bootcamp! We encourage you to attend and meet fellow bootcampers. Also, invite your friends. The more the merrier! Yes, if
you win the free entry- we will refund your money! (Unless you want to make a friend for life and gift it to someone).
Bootcamp 90 Minute Q & A Calls These are 90- minute Q & A calls for all bootcampers to attend. They will be recorded. We will take your questions prior to the event and organize them according to topic reviewing modules from the week. We will unmute you and speak with you live if possible. Pick which ones you want to attend or attend both it is entirely up to you. You will need to wear headphones if you want to talk to us live. October 2 nd 9:30-11am PST and/or 2-3:30pm PST You will post questions for Week 1 as the live call gets closer: q- a- week- 1 October 9 th 9:30-11am PST and/or 2-3:30pm PST Posting questions for Week 2 call: q- a- week- 2 Remember you can post unlimited questions all day every day during the bootcamp for Kelly + Miranda to answer in the Facebook community. This is an additional opportunity to have a live conversation for deeper questions.
Schedule Go Dark Time Prior to bootcamp we recommend you schedule lots of self- care. This is tough! We know you are ready to rock and roll. Please, trust us. You want to fill up your love tank from family and friends. You want to languish in sweet moments before you dig into your business at a depth that you have never done before. Book a massage. Schedule an extra date with your partner. We will be doing it and so should you. Take off the week before bootcamp. Implementation Time We recommend no more than 2 to 4 hours per day spent on bootcamp materials during the 2- week LIVE session. We want you to keep moving through the modules even if you don t finish them so you at least get an overview and then can go back and dig in more deeply after bootcamp is over. We cannot stress this enough. 2 hours a day is enough to watch the videos, do a few exercises and schedule the rest for completion after bootcamp. The only way to survive bootcamp is to pace yourself. Expecting to do it all in two weeks is not reasonable. That is why you have lifetime access. So go schedule at least 2 hours per day now, into your schedule between September 28 th and October 11 th.
Important dates Cheat Sheet: Today receive access to the Facebook group and the Jumpstart classroom Mark out minutes a week to do your weekly Jumpstart lesson June 24 th 10am to 11am PST Bonus group coaching call July 22 nd 10am to 11am PST Bonus group coaching call August 26 th 10am to 11am PST Bonus group coaching call September 9 th 11am to 12pm PST Launch Party September 28 th - October 11 th LIVE Bootcamp Schedule 2-4 hours a day to devote to your business October 2 nd 9:30amPST and 2pm PST LIVE Q & A Calls October 9 th 9:30amPST and 2pm PST LIVE Q & A Calls

What to expect from each module Let s talk about what you are going to learn. Each lesson builds upon the previous knowledge gained. Go through bootcamp with a beginner s mind. Prior to bootcamp starting, you will start with jumpstart exercise. Then, when the bootcamp starts, Mondays through Thursdays you get a new module released by 5am EST and Friday is the day for Live Q&A calls. The weekend is for you to continue working through that week s modules. Starting now, you will be given 9 micro modules dripped out weekly from the time you sign up. These give you some actionable steps and items to implement so you can start to see change in your practice now.
Monday: Foundations identity, strengths and branding Tuesday: Policies and Procedures foundational practices that impact clinical and business outcomes Wednesday: Organization Time management, going paperless, and how to find balance as a therapist entrepreneur Thursday: Business planning from the nuts and bolts of starting your business plan to exploring your niche
Monday: Finances From doing your budget to getting your cash flow projections in order Tuesday: Marketing offline and online marketing strategies for building your practice Wednesday: Social Media- Creating a social media plan for your business Thursday: Bonus Tech tools and final planning The knowledge base is a continually growing library of information and training videos to help you as you build your private practice. You will reference the knowledge base as you go through the bootcamp. There are two knowledge bases social media and general information. Your first priority is to go through the bootcamp and then to use the knowledge base as you go more detailed through the modules.

Online Community Our community is where the magic happens. This is where you get the support you need and get your questions answered. You will make friends, get great ideas, share great ideas, and become accountable to an inspiring group of people who truly care about your success. These groups do not close between bootcamps. They are always available and active throughout the year. Kelly and Miranda are active in these groups daily during bootcamp, and pop in from time to time between bootcamps. Our main group is and is the group where Kelly and Miranda provide support and it is the most active of our communities. Our share group is and can be joined at any time. This group was provided out of a request of other members. If you have a blog post or something you want to promote, please feel free to post it in this group.
Group Guidelines Be respectful. Everyone is in a different place. We do not tolerate negativity or bullying. Those are grounds for dismissal without refund. This is a safe, supportive environment. Participate. We can t help if you don t ask. This takes courage on your part, which you already have because you signed up for bootcamp! Do not private message Kelly or Miranda. We coach in a group format so everyone can learn together. If this isn t for you, you may sign up for individual coaching post bootcamp. Kelly and Miranda are in the group during Live Sessions. During the live portion of the bootcamp you may tag us. If you have technical difficulties, you may tag our assistant Samantha to notify her. Post your module questions in it s respective section. Each module is color- coded. In our Facebook group we will have a section for each module where you can post questions. This helps everyone stay organized and will make it easy for you to find what you need.
Part of your thriving in bootcamp is to have support. Our community, as a whole, is super- supportive and we find the people who partner up, just do better. They have less burn out and they create deep lasting connections. This is also a great lesson on how to create real relationships that are helpful to your business. Some of our most fun, lucrative, and impactful relationships have come from people who we reached out to, or who reached out to us on social media. So once you join the Facebook group, ask for a buddy. You can choose how you meet (online, in person, phone) and how often. You might connect with someone local, or you might connect with someone with similar interests or goals. Have fun!

If you forget your password, you can simply reset from the website. If you are struggling with some tech issue, please contact our virtual assistant at help@zynnyme.com.

How to get the most out of bootcamp Recognize you have lifetime access. That means as we update modules or have future group coaching calls in following bootcamps, you may participate. Many people experience a deepening knowledge in their business with each round of bootcamp. You will have access to the modules in between bootcamps. We take the classroom down the month of bootcamp to do updates though. This also means you need to pace yourself. Everyone is in different places in their practice. Comparing yourself to others won t help you. Instead, focus on you and what you need in this moment. Grace and compassion will serve you well as an entrepreneur so no time like the present to start implementing! Participation looks different for everyone. You are accountable to your success. Some of you learn better independently- only dropping in for occasional questions. Some of you learn best interacting in the group daily. However if you feel left out, it s a sign you need to speak up. Whether it means getting a battle buddy to talk to or posting in the group, it s the only way you are going to get support. Admittedly, we are extroverts, but introverts can do this. There is always a work around to get your needs met. We have had many introverts successfully complete the bootcamp.
