If you plan to arrive Friday, please arrive between 4 and 6 pm. You may bring your animals in at that time. Please do not set up chairs in the showroom until all animals are in place Saturday morning so that there is room for all to set up cages. Please have your rabbits/cavies in place by 8:00 A.M. on Saturday. This show will be held in the Pavilion building at the Josephine Co. fairgrounds. You are responsible for getting your own animals to the judging tables as there will be no carriers. AWARDS: RVRF will give awards for Best of Breeds, Best in Show and Reserve in Show. 3 SHOW RULES Submission of an entry implies you have read and agree to the following rules. 1. This is an official ARBA show and will be governed by the latest ARBA show rules. 2. Entry fees must accompany entry. Make checks payable to R.V.R.F.Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Sept. 13, Entries postmarked after this date will be charged an additional $1.50 per animal. (Please be prepared to pay it, or enter on time, thanks!). Changes must be cleared by the secretary- no changes at table. Ear number changes will only be allowed in the same breed, variety, class, and sex per ARBA rules. Sex and class changes are considered a new entry and will be charged accordingly at the Day of Show Rate of $6. No changes made after 8:30 A.M. on day of show. deadline is September 18 th. entries must be paid whether you show up or not. 3. Animals are entered at the sole risk of owners. The RVRF & Josephine County Fairgrounds will not be responsible for accidents, loss, or damage which may occur to the exhibitors or stock 4. All judges decisions and remarks are final. RVRF reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 5. Any animal showing signs of disease or illness or disqualified for disease or illness must be removed from the showroom and subsequent entries scratched. 6. Judging will begin promptly 8:30am Saturday. You will be responsible for getting your animals to the judging tables. RVRF will not be responsible for missed classes. 7. No persons will be permitted to stand behind the judging tables unless they are working at the table/ 8. No breeding of animals in the showroom without permission of show Superintendent. 9. Sale animals not entered in the show are discouraged due to space constraints. If you bring sale animals, they must be cleared with the show superintendent and a fee of $2.00 per head paid. If un-entered, uncleared animals are found to be present, sellers will be charged day of show entry fee. Sales of other items are prohibited unless cleared by show superintendant. 10. No dogs allowed except legitimate service animals as provided by all state and federal laws. 11. All rabbits and cavies will be judged in the class as written on the entry form. Please complete your entry form carefully and legibly. Entries with a valid address will receive an confirmation. Please check for accuracy. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PRINTED. 12. RVRF& Josephine County Fairgrounds will not be held responsible for damage by unsupervised children. Children must be supervised by parent, adult or guardian. 13. Space is limited please do not clog walkways with chairs, tables or other paraphernalia. You will be asked to remove them. This is a CARRYING CAGE show- please do not bring large cages. 14.The fair-board prohibits smoking in any building. Please observe all regulations. 15.RELAX AND HAVE FUN!!! Grants Pass offers many things to see and do. Enjoy your visit and the show. We have a very nice park close to the showroom where children can play under the supervision of parents or adults.
