E-1 Youth Rabbits - Building E-2 Open and Youth Cavies - Building E-7 Judging to start at 8:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday Entry Fees: $ 5.00 for 1 show $ 7.50 for 2 shows ($3.75 per show) $11.00 for 3 shows ($3.66 per show) $14.00 for 4 shows ($3.50 per show) Fur Entry Fee (rabbits only) $1.00 per rabbit per show All fur to be breed fur, and all fur entries must be entered in their respective breeds. If you do not receive a confirmation, your entry was not received and you are not entered. Changes can be made to the variety, sex, class and ear number, prior to the confirmation due date. There will be no day of show entries. There will be NO CHANGES for variety, sex or class after the confirmation due date. All entry fees must be prepaid to the appropriate show secretary prior to the start of judging. If you should not attend, you are still responsible for paying your entry fees. Ear changes for the same variety, sex, and class will only be allowed at the table before judging begins. It is the exhibitors responsibility to see that the all ear number changes are correct on the judging cards and on the control sheets. Please help out our show secretary when entering rabbits & cavies by entering your animals as listed in the ARBA Standard of Perfection. If you are not sure how to enter, please look it up in the standard, or ask someone to help you. If your breed is not sanctioned, you can donate the sanction fee. 4 Cal State Royalty Contest Building E-2 Jennifer Ambrosino, Royalty Chairman SATURDAY 8:00 AM Check in for Royalty Contest applicants - Building E-2 You must check in if you are going to participate. You must be a member of Cal State to participate in Royalty, Management & Achievement contests. 8:30 AM Royalty Contest Begin Applications must be received by midnight, February 16th. You can obtain applications from Jennifer Ambrosino at ambrosino5@yahoo.com or at or on our Facebook page Cal State Convention If you are participating in the royalty contest, you must make arrangements for someone else to carry your rabbits if you are showing. It is acceptable for parents to help carry your rabbits during the royalty contest. 9:00 AM Check in for Individual Breed ID and Judging Contests - Building E-2 You must check in if you are going to participate. We are in need of senior rabbits & cavies for the Breed ID contest and classes of four, for the judging contest on Sat. The rabbits cannot be entered on Sat. Please contact Jennifer at above if you can help. 10:00 AM Individual Breed ID and Judging Contests begin - Building E-2 5:30 PM Youth Breed ID Workshop - Building E-2 SUNDAY 8:00-10 AM Check in for Showmanship - Building E-2 Cost is $5.00. Checks to be made out to Cal State or CSRCBA You must check in if you are going to participate. 9:00 AM Showmanship classes begin - Building E-2 Be sure to wear proper attire for showmanship. Cal State Convention Headquarters Fairfield Inn & Suites 3301 Countryside Drive, Turlock, CA Alternative Hotels Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Inn Motel RV & Camping RV sites are available at the fairgrounds for a fee of $25 per night. If you would like to rent a space, please contact Chris Zemny - rabjudge@sbcglobal.net. Checks should be payable to Stanislaus Co. Fair, and paid upon check in to the resident caretaker at the fair RV area. Fees can also be paid at the fair office.

No charge and no preregistration required. 6 Show Rules 1. The Cal State Rabbit and Cavy Show is an official ARBA Sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest, revised ARBA Show rules. Filing of an entry implies acceptance of these and the following rules. 2. This is an official CSRCBA Sweepstakes Show. To quality for sweepstakes points, exhibitors must be Cal State members, or join at the show. 3. There will be a double Open and double Youth rabbit & cavy show on Saturday, and a double Open and double Youth rabbit & cavy show, as well as specialty shows on Sunday. 4. All exhibitors will receive a confirmation. Please check it carefully and submit changes by the due date. 5. Exhibitors are responsible for any ear change substitutions in the same variety, sex, or class. Changes must be made on the control sheets prior to judging. NO changes will be allowed for breed, variety, sex and class. 6. All rabbits must have a clear, legible, permanent ear tattoo in their left ear. All cavies must be permanently ear tagged. 7. Exhibitors are responsible for getting their rabbits to and from the judging tables. No classes will be recalled. 8. The show committee reserves the right to reject any entry and shall decide upon any questions which are not covered by these show rules. 9. All animals are entered at the owners own risk. 10. No one will be allowed behind the show tables, except for those authorized by the show committee. 11. Parents or guardians will be held responsible for their children s behavior during the show and will be held liable for any damages caused by them. 12. For safety reasons, all aisles and doors must be kept unrestricted at all times. Please do not set up chairs or tables until after 8:30 AM on Sat. 13. Tables will be provided for cavy exhibitors in building E-7. No additional tables will be allowed. 14. No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or other animals (except rabbit and cavies), will be allowed in the showroom. ONLY service dogs are excepted from this rule. 15. All sale rabbits must be at least eight weeks old and minimum weight for their respective breed. 16. No sales of merchandise will be allowed without previous arrangements. Vendors will be set up in both buildings E-1 and E-2 and must be paid for in advance. Anyone selling items outside of approved booth space will be asked to pay a $25 fee. Youth fund raising items are exempt from this rule, but must be approved ahead of time by vendor chairman, Ray Stacy. For example: 4-H bake sales or candy drives are acceptable, but must be set up in building E-2. Ray Stacy is in charge of booth rentals and can be contacted at rstacy0@yahoo.com. 17. All awards must be picked up by the end of the show. No awards will be mailed. No placement ribbons will be awarded.
