All Open & Youth rabbits for all shows will be judged by private ear number. 2. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in left ear. 3. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. 4. Exhibitors will be responsible for carrying their own rabbits to and from judging table. To avoid delays the 2 call rule will apply. 5. Chemung Valley RCBA reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 6. Sick animals will be removed from showroom and entry fee will be forfeited.
3 7. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited. 8. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee the first and second time they are deposited. 9. Exhibitor is responsible for entry fees if they do not show up day of show. 10. All children must be supervised. 11. No alcoholic beverages in showroom. 12. Ribbons will be given through 3th place in both shows. All awards must be picked up at Secretary s desk. None will be mailed. 13. CVRCBA will provide Open awards for all BOB and BOS if 10 animals are entered in the breed. 14. CVRCBA will provide Youth awards for all BOB and BOS in each breed. 15. Grooming tables, chairs, and blowers WILL be allowed in showroom. 16. NO DOGS - CATS - BIRDS ETC. will be allowed in showroom. 17. REMARK CARDS WILL NOT BE USED. If you would like a remark card to be used during judging, you will have to supply your own. It is the writer's responsibility to complete your card if you request it. 18. Exhibitor must pick up check-in sheets and verify entry. All scratches done at judging table. 19. NO CHANGES DONE AT JUDGES TABLE unless approved by show secretary. 20. This will take you right to the fairgrounds entrance. Coming from the East: Take exit 54 off I86W/NY-17W. Keep left to take the ramp toward Horseheads. Turn left on South Main Street. South Main Street becomes Lake Road..08 miles turn right on Fairview Road. This will take you to the main entrance of the fairgrounds on the right side of the street.
