The Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP) meetings promote the professional development of pharmacists through educational sessions, identification of resources, networking and social events. The Exposition provides a forum to meet the pharmacy professionals who purchase the products and secure the services your organization supplies. 3 Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Meeting sponsorship is unrelated to educational programming. See below for pricing benefits for each level. FSHP S PRESIDENT S RECEPTION-$15,000 The President s Reception kicks off the FSHP Annual Meeting with food, spirits and networking. It is held the Thursday evening prior to the General Session. The sponsor will be recognized in the program booklet and special signage. HOUSE OF DELEGATES LUNCHEON- $10,000 The FSHP Officers, Board of Directors and Delegates from 12 Regional Societies will be in attendance at this luncheon, held on Thursday between Session I and Session II of the House of Delegates. This is a unique opportunity to mix with the current and future leaders of FSHP. The generosity of the sponsor will be acknowledged in the House of Delegates program booklet, from the podium during the House of Delegates and on unique signage and display boards. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNTIES FSHP provides companies the opportunity to advertise in the program book. The book is distributed to all meeting attendees. Pricing is as follows: $850 Full Page $575 Half Page CYBER CAFÉ- $7500 This feature is popular among meeting attendees. This is an ideal promotion for a tech-savvy sponsor who can place signage and announcements in t the Cyber Café area. REFRESHMENT BREAKS Morning Break (Coffee Only) $3,000 Afternoon Break (Coffee & Soda) $5,000 FSHP FAMILY NIGHT- $15,000 The FSHP Family Night closes the meeting with fun for attendees and their families. It is held Saturday night. The sponsor will be recognized in the program booklet and special signage. REVERSE EXHIBIT PROGRAM FSHP has added an opportunity for exhibitors to have dedicated time with key Directors of Pharmacy in the state of Florida. The cost is $995 per representative. 4 Annual Meeting General Information EXHIBITOR SET-UP TIMES: Thursday, August 7th 12:00PM-4:00PM Friday, August 8th 8:00AM-11:00AM EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday, August 8th 11:30AM-2:30PM Saturday, August 9th 11:30AM-2:30PM All booths must be set-up and staffed by 11:00am on Friday, August 8th. REGISTRATION Exhibitors can register online by clicking here or complete the registration form and fax or mail to the FSHP contact information provided on the form. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS The FSHP Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Orlando. SCSHP has secured a group rate of $ per night. The resort fee has been waived for those attendees booking under the FSHP room block (normally $22/night). The deadline to make reservations is July 15th. Signing the contract acknowledges the exhibitor has read and agrees to the rules and regulations. You can view rules and regulations here. **Reverse Exhibit** FSHP recruited key Directors of Pharmacy in the state to participate in the Reverse Exhibit. Each Representative will have one on one time with EVERY Director of Pharmacy participating. No waiting in lines. The cost is $995 per representative. You must be registered as an exhibitor to participate. FSHP FAMILY NIGHT All exhibitors are invited to join us on Saturday August 9th during the FSHP Family Night. The cost of the event is $40 and includes after 4pm passes to either Disney s Magic Kingdom or Epcot FSHP will provide transportation to and from both parks starting at 4pm and ending 30 minutes after each park's closing. Guests will have the opportunity to network with friends and family at the park of your choice. Click here to purchase your tickets. SERVICE INFORMATION Upon registration a service kit will be ed to the contact provided on the registration form. This service kit will include order forms for electricity, internet and any special orders for your booth. This kit will also include instructions on shipping materials to the meeting. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Refunds (less $350 administrative fee) will granted for cancellations received in writing prior to June 15, No refunds will be granted after June 15, EXHIBITOR BADGES Each booth is allowed 5 exhibitor badges. The deadline to submit name badges is July 15, If your name is not submitted by the deadline a generic exhibitor badge will be provided onsite. Exhibitor badges allow you access to the exhibit hall and educational sessions. If you require continuing education credits FSHP will offer a discount off the current registration rate. Booth space will NOT be assigned until payment is received in full. FSHP will make every effort to accommodate preferences indicated on the registration form.
