On s at 1:30 we will be having a circuit training class called Power Circuit.This class is for everyone and includes weights and cardio. All we ask is that you try your best for 40 seconds each exercise!. - Salsa Dancing will now be s at 11am - Tai Chi is now s at 10:15 Nutrition Goal for the Month Check out the BFSWC rooftop garden. Take the elevator or walk up to the 4th floor. We are growing beets, tomatoes, peppers, and much more. Come to Garden Club on, July 9th to plant seeds and share your green thumb with us! Health Goal for the Month Many people experience anxiety and/or depression. Join Mary s Center Mental Health Therapist, Vanessa Leon, on, July 26th at 10:00am. She will share strategies and resources to manage depression and anxiety.
