RESEARCH INTERESTS Algebraic Topology: embedding spaces, knots, operads, deformation theory, calculus of functors, discriminants, singularities. EDUCATION May 2002: submission of the thesis at the University of Paris VII. Title of the thesis: Some combinatorial questions of the spectral knot theory. September 1998: received the French Government research grant for implementation of the joint thesis program between the Moscow State University and the University of Paris VII (Jussieu). The program presupposed 3 stays in Paris, each of 6 months, during 3 years. Scientific advisors: Victor Vassiliev (Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow) and Pierre Cartier (Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris) : studying in the Moscow State University, department of mathematics and mechanics, and in the Higher Mathematical College of the Independent University of Moscow.
