Conduct daily site safety, mine clearance plan, demolitions and visitors safety briefings. In consultation with the Medic, plan the MEDEVAC procedures for each survey task. Plan and implement all recovery and accident drills and procedures for the Mini Minewolf, Armtrac A400 and Armtrac A100 Mine Clearance Vehicles. Supervise and implement the use of Mine Detection Dogs for clearance and QC tasks on the mine clearance site. Provide complete survey reports and maps, in accordance with Task Dossier, Implementation Plan and SOPs, to the Operations Officer. Provide daily and weekly SITREP to the Operations Officer. Service and maintain all vehicles and survey equipment. Manage team finances and provide complete records for accounting purposes. Support the development of the team members and provide personal reporting as required. Compile all reports in the format as dictated by the Tasking Dossier and Implementation plan. Plan and implement all Mechanical, Mine Detection Dogs and Manual visual and detector search of affected area. Demolition of items found including items in-situ, and use of Central Demolitions Site (CDS). Use of Minelab F3 and other detectors.
