2 ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS The 2015 AMSUS Continuing Education Meeting has been planned in accordance with each continuing education accrediting organizations policies, essential areas and criteria through the partnership with Professional Education Services Group, an accredited provider of continuing education, and AMSUS. CATEGORY II CREDIT (AMERICAN COLLEGE OF HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVES) Professional Education Services Group is authorized to award TBD hours of pre approved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non ACHE) for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Verify, or correct, your information AND select your accreditation(s). You may select multiple accreditations. Click Submit. Click Attended next to the session date for which you are claiming credit. Click Attended next to the presentation time and title you are claiming credit for. Complete the session evaluation then click Submit. You will now see the credit/contact hours begin to accrue for your profession. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the additional sessions you have attended. When you are done evaluating sessions, click on Return to CE Home. Click Save. You are now free to exit your browser, or return to the CE Summary page and evaluate more sessions. When you have completed evaluations for all sessions you have attended and have completed the general evaluation, Click on FINISHED.
