Dubai Helishow will host two exclusive three day conferences covering: Helicopter Technology & Operations Military & Homeland Security Live Demonstrations include: A helicopter ride as part of a search and rescue operation with opportunity to enact a victim's role Teaming up with a bomb disposal squad to learn how to counter IEDs The Military & Homeland Security Conference will focus on countering terrorism with specialised and strategic operations, improve long range surveillance and remote monitoring capabilities as well as develop superior capabilities to counter narco-terrorism with state-of-the-art technology. The event will have experts from homeland security, police, customs, border guards, airports and ports, industrial security, armed forces across the land, air and sea discuss enhancing capabilities to deal with the two predominant security threats in the Gulf, a conventional warfare (CW) threat and an asymmetrical warfare (AW) threat.
