1 -INSTRUCTION SHEET FOR QUANTITY ORDERS- We will not be undersold! TheBattleZone.com is the only source for genuinely individually customized memorial bracelets. We have been engraving and shipping hundreds of thousands of custom military bracelets to military bases, government offices, various military groups, families, and support groups since We have special prices for such groups which are greatly reduced, and we will not be undersold. Multiple names on one bracelet are not a problem. There is no extra charge if the amount of text is within limits. We have done up to 44 (forty-four) names on one bracelet. Emergency orders can be shipped in 7 days with a faster more expensive shipping choice. E mail us and explain the situation. Usual shipping time is about three weeks, sometimes less. The list below is qty. pricing given to military members, their families and supporters. Large qty. orders that require a different name on each of numerous bracelets would require an individual quote. If you represent a group that wants to order bracelets, say, for various families with each bracelet being totally different, it will be best to just set this up via e mail and not try to submit it using our on line system where the data entry would be overwhelming. Please contact us at bzone@thebattlezone.com and we will come up with a way for you to submit all the data. We have done this dozens of times. The engraving service we provide is labor intensive (not simply punched out) and our guarantee (see P.S. below) is unmatched. Quantity of different types can be combined for the appropriate discount. In other words, if you buy 10 of one type and 10 of a different type, you will get the 20 qty reduced price applicable to each of the styles. If you, the coordinator, do not wish to handle all the logistics involved in a mass order there is another way and that is that we can assign a code to your bracelet. You give out the code. Your folks all order on their own with their own charge cards...which makes it much easier on you (no collecting money, etc)...but unfortunately it kills the discount...since, instead of dealing with one order, address, charge card etc we would be dealing with, say, 100 different addresses. charges, etc. Page 1
2 QUANTITY PRICE LISTING We will not be Undersold! Larger orders for identical bracelets all shipped to 1 address are available with the following pricing, all with 1 free emblem included. They are engraved, not silk screened, and are a wonderful addition available from thebattlezone.com. You can, of course, request 'No Emblem'. That would require a new die and add some time. It would also add a modest one time die charge of $ This fee for an extra die is waived on orders of 100 or more bracelets. You would have to supply a graphic, which can usually be found somewhere on the net. We can help you with that. And we reserve the right to add it to the list, for use by other supporters. It will add some extra time. Our collection of dies represents a huge investment on our part and you might just as well take advantage of it. We can add engraving on the inside of a bracelet (not available in nickel). On a qty order that charge is $15 per piece. Text in excess of 180 characters on a side will add an excess text charge of 10%. The normal shipping charges can be located here: ORDER SIZE: SHIPPING : $ $15.00 $4.50 $ $5.50 $ $6.95 $ $7.75 $ $8.95 $ $ $13.75 $ $15.95 $ to $ $16.75 $ to $ $17.75 Page 10
11 $18.75 Shipping on orders over $500 will have to be calculated individually depending on value, weight, distance and insurance. APO addresses are OK. There is no extra charge for APO addresses, except for insurance (sorry, too many APO packages go missing). The PO will not do EXPRESS mail to APO addresses. Priority is OK, If there are special shipping requirements, like registered mail etc., those charges would be extra. All bracelets come with individual velvet bags. If the order is for one name only, the bracelets will be already bagged when you received them. If the order is for multiple names, the bags will be separate in the box for ease of sorting on the customers end. Time required normally runs about three weeks. Quantity orders are given preference and so the normal shipping time is usually shortened. All new orders get an automatic confirmation. But when you order bracelets in a qty of 20 or more you will see that the system does NOT automatically compute your reduced price. You will, however, receive a second memo, done manually, that specifies your reduced costs. Don't worry, you will get the appropriate discount. A 1/2 deposit is required up front, as is the case on all custom engraved orders. We will do our best to expedite and accurately fill your order. We stand behind all our work. If there are difficulties we will handle them, and at a time when our Armed Services have enough on their hands we will not add to your problems. To begin the process please simply go on line to order at: If you have questions you can respond to this note or simply send an to: bzone@thebattlezone.com Thank you for considering us for your order. We know it is very important to you, and we know that, as often as not, our soldiers and families are still in the grieving process when they are ordering. We are sensitive to that. If you feel uncomfortable ordering a large quantity of bracelets over the net (which is very safe on our secure server) you can call Keith at I am usually in my office any day from After that I would usually be around (and so might get your call) but not necessarily be in my office at that exact moment. If you leave Page 11
