Below is all the info including shipping charges so you don't have to stumble all over our site for information (as is typical with those 'other guys') We have been engraving and shipping over a million custom engraved bracelets to military bases, government offices, police and fire departments, various military and 1st responder support groups, families, and holocaust survivors, etc., since 1988 (over 26 years). We have special greatly reduced prices for such groups and individuals. Multiple names on one bracelet are not a problem. We have done up to 44 names on one bracelet. You can normally have up to 100 characters on a bracelet before there are extra engraving charges. You can have 60 characters per line including spaces on each of five lines inside and outside. It is therefore possible to do up to 600 characters on a single bracelet.. We will make a personalized custom bracelet for you that will be unique to your situation, that you will be proud of, and something you cannot get anywhere else. Our bracelets are engraved, not 'laser etched' or 'laser engraved' (which are inferior, cheaper and shallower processes) Emergency orders can be shipped in 10 days with a faster shipping choice. us and explain your situation. In other words, if you buy 10 of one type and 10 of a different type, you will get the 20 qty reduced price applicable to each of the styles. If you, the coordinator, do not wish to handle all the logistics involved in a mass order there is another way and that is that we can assign a code to your bracelet. You give out the code. Your folks all order on their own with their own charge cards which makes it much easier on you (no

2 collecting money, etc) but unfortunately it kills the discount because it multiplies our work tremendously (in other words instead of dealing with 1 person, 1 order, 1 shipment, 1 charge card, we would be dealing with 100 orders, 100 charge cards, 100 packages, etc). It does have an added advantage to the individual and that is they can change the type of metal, size, emblem(s), etc, while in a single qty order all the bracelets are exactly the same. 12 This fee for an extra die is waived on orders of 100 or more bracelets. You would have to supply a graphic. We can help you with that. We reserve the right to add it to the list, for use by other supporters. It will add some extra time. Our collection of dies represents a huge investment on our part and you might as well take advantage of it. If you are using a government card and have a credit limit problem because of the size of your order, we can work out payments that will work for you. We can add engraving on the inside of a bracelet (not available in nickel). Excess engraving charges will also apply above 100 characters total. 13 APO addresses are OK. There is no extra charge for APO addresses, except for insurance (required as too many APO packages go missing). The Post Office allows for PRIORITY but not EXPRESS to APO addresses. If there are special shipping requirements, like registered mail etc, those charges would be extra. All bracelets come with individual velvet bags. If the order is for one name only, the bracelets will be already bagged when you received them. If the order is for multiple names the bags will be separate in the box for ease of sorting on the customers end. Time required normally runs about three weeks, frequently less. Quantity orders are given preference and therefore the normal shipping time is usually less. In the case of very large orders we may require approval on a sample before doing the bulk of the order. All new orders get an automatic confirmation. But when you order bracelets in a qty of 20 or more you will see that the system does NOT automatically compute your reduced price. You will, however, receive a second memo, done manually, that specifies your reduced costs. Don't worry, you will get the appropriate discount. All custom bracelet orders are charged when placed, except orders for 50 or more where initially only a deposit is charged. We will do our best to expedite and accurately fill your order. We stand behind all our work. If there are difficulties we will handle them, and at a time when our Armed Services have enough on their hands, we will not compound your problems.
