3 Role of the CAP Mission To foster NGAUS and Industry relationships To promote modernization and readiness of the ARNG and ANG We help Industry do business with the Guard side-by-side with the NGAUS Industry Liaison!

4 CAP Membership Membership Comprised of no more than 15 elected reps New term is 3 years (changed from 2 years) No member terms expiring in 2017 Will be seeking new members in 2018 Call for nominations will come in the spring Elections held in the summer See the CAP link on the NGAUS homepage under About NGAUS tab for more info

5 CAP We Need You What Kind of Person Should Join? Wants to participate in a forum to formally address common issues and concerns to NGAUS, AGAUS and NGEDA leadership on behalf of Industry Wants to participate in planning and execution of the many conferences during the year and be the conduit of issues and opportunities expressed by Industry

6 CAP Get Involved We Represent All Industry Membership Open CAP meetings are held during NGEDA, AGAUS, and NGAUS Conferences All industry attendees welcome to attend/participate We don t know what we don t know Publish a CAP Newsletter quarterly with relevant information for industry Suggestions for articles welcome

14 National Guard Education Foundation (NGEF) Purpose: achieve an awareness of the rich heritage and continuing contributions of the NG of the U.S. Established in 1975, non-profit 501(c)(3) Goal is to tell the Guard's story Independent of NGAUS, but co-located Relies solely on charitable contributions Legion de Lafayette A way to contribute to the Education Foundation Premier Company recognition Minimum, one time, contribution $10K May contribute as many times as you wish Donating gives your Company priority booth assignment at NGAUS Conference
