Overlaps with subsequent Fellow for ~4 months per year Professional Education Attends Georgetown Government Affairs Institute (GAI); earns Professional Cert. in Leg. Studies Applies skillset from educational component to NGAUS advocacy Works with Congress (under supervision of NGAUS Legislative Director/Legislative Programs Managers) Attends NGAUS Conference Twice First Conference: Introduced to attendees Attends specific events to enhance their officer professional development Second Conference: Assists Legislative staff with Conference duties Assists in conducting Resolutions Committee meetings
