Responsible for concept, coordination and execution of $135 million in Section 1206 counterterrorism train and equip programs with the Uganda People s Defence Force. Supported Somali National Army training program conducted in Uganda for 3,600 initial Somali recruits. Managed support to Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP) for HIV research ($9.4 million).
