VUK BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Associate Professor Embry Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott, AZ Faculty member in Global Security and Intelligence Studies. August present Campus Executive Officer New Mexico State University - Carlsbad, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Professor of Social Sciences. Responsible for all aspects and policy decisions of campus to include an operational budget of $12 million. Serve as Chief Personnel Officer for 200 employees, and approve all hiring and firing of personnel. Oversee and approve facility functions and maintenance for a three building campus in Carlsbad (100,000 sq. ft) and outreach activities in two other communities.
