The quantities stated in the proposal covers the purchase of our immediate needs and any uniforms needed thru June 30, INQUIRIES All inquiries shall be directed to Rodney Stewart by phone at or rstewart@co.rockingham.nc.us. Uniform samples are available for inspection by contacting Rodney Stewart. SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSALS All proposals shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm Monday, December 7, 2015 to Gail Priddy, CLGPO Rockingham County Purchasing PO Box 41 Wentworth, NC (office) (fax) E-VERIFY North Carolina General Statutes, specifically 160A-20.1(b), prohibit the County from entering into contracts with contractors and subcontractors who have not complied with the requirement of Article 2 of Chapter 64. The Contractor shall submit the E-Verify Affidavit, located in the Proposal section, with their bid. Bids that do not include this Affidavit will be considered non-responsive. OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS The contractor shall be required to maintain any applicable privilege license and business tax listings in Rockingham County. Rockingham County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to accept a proposal other than the lowest proposal submitted, if such action is in the best interest of the County.
