2 Spectrum Health and Spectrum Health Medical Group Uniforms Introduction Standards have been developed for the size, color and placement of the logo, staff member s name and department name on all uniforms. While the Spectrum Health logo should appear on all uniforms, departments will continue to determine whether their uniforms should include the staff member s name and/or department name. These standards address only uniforms clothing that is worn while staff perform their work responsibilities. Branded apparel and promotional clothing should be discussed with your marketing communications representative or by sending an to brand@spectrumhealth.org. Please note that branded apparel and promotional clothing cannot be worn as a uniform. If your department uniform needs to change, or if you have questions about uniform brand standards, contact System Communications & Marketing at or brand@spectrumhealth.org. For more information, please refer to your department uniform or dress code policy.
