10 1. Executive All Hands Webcasts Coordinate all information with Communications, Network & Back Office Find out what location they will be presenting from (Is it a new one?) Will they need Live Captioning? Find out how many will be presenting Find out how many will be watching Will they need any special sets, lighting, mics? Include your customer and partners in all testing Go Live! TAC Line (Technical Assistance Center) addresses any live technical issues Get the numbers to your customer and partners 9
