10 HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT To enhance human capital development through, but not limited to, the establishment of a Maths, Science and Technology Academy; the establishment of a High Tech Centre of Excellence to increase the skills-base in the province, prioritising, inter alia, artisan and agricultural skills; support the establishment of the Mpumalanga University as well as the provision of Bursary Support Scheme targeted learners (Mpumalanga Mining Lekgotla 2012)
