This position will provide Medicaid and private pay billing for skilled nursing services in Lebanon, PA, including the submission of timely claims to Medicaid. Other duties will include maintaining accurate census, processing cash receipts & running reports via the AR system, data entry, resolving outstanding billing issues/researching billing errors with minimal oversight & assisting with the process of transition to medical assistance. Effective organizational skills, excellent customer service & attention to detail a must. Experience with AOD software & Microsoft Excel highly desired. Requirements to be considered for this position include: 3 years of demonstrating the knowledge of rules, regulations & procedures associated with Medicaid billing. An Associate s degree with coursework in accounting and/or bookkeeping preferred. Candidate will be expected to spend 1 or 2 days a week working in Lititz, PA. Luthercare Muhlenberg Apartments Personal Care Administrator: Full-time, Exempt: This position oversees the provision of the comfort and general well-being of the residents in accordance with defined professional nursing practice at a designated personal care facility. Manages and directs the day to day operations of personal care ensuring compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations governing the delivery of personal care services. Requirements include: Individuals in this position must have obtained age twenty-one (21) prior to first day of employment or transfer into position, Current PA LPN, Current First Aid and CPR Certification, Current Certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator is required, or must be willing and able to acquire such certification, Current Certification as a PA DHS Medication Train-the-Trainer.
