The cards come in two sizes business card and postcard sizes. These appointment cards are customized with your portrait and a personal link directly to your Patient Satisfaction Survey on Healthgrades. Yes, the Star Ratings are identical on your Healthgrades profile and practice website as you receive additional surveys, your Star Ratings will update on Healthgrades and on your practice website. 0. How often are Healthgrades Star Ratings updated on my practice website? Healthgrades Star Ratings are updated as you receive confirmed surveys.
