2 New Features & Improvements Mobile Downtime Communication Improvements have been made to how the apps communicate with the users when there is scheduled maintenance, or if they aren t accessible for any particular reason. Accessing Android Features Users with Android s Marshmallow operating system, will be prompted to allow the app access to various aspects of their device, such as photos and location. Display More Photos Android users are now able to view up to 10 images of stores they click on. Users are also able to view the source of the image when the image is selected. Please note that ios users have been able to do this since Recruit 1.48 Release Notes Page 2

3 New Features & Improvements Web Store Profile Wizard Managers at stores that don t already have a Recruit account will see a new Store Pro le Wizard to help them set their pro le up. Once a pro le is created, other managers from that store will not have to go through the process. The rst step of the wizard is to choose a pro le picture. Once an image has been selected, managers can choose up to 9 additional photos from their device, or they can import them from Google Places. Recruit 1.48 Release Notes Page 3

4 Finally, managers will need to add a description of their store, along with other information that future Job Seekers might be interested in. Failed Payments for Posted Jobs If a payment for a posted job fails for any reason, the job will no longer be unposted, but the manager who originally posted the job will receive an with the name of the store, job, and the posted date, so he/she can take corrective action. Incorrect Address Error Message Users are better informed when a job post fails due to the store s address being entered incorrectly with the addition of an updated error message. External Job Board Scrolling Improvements Improvements have been made to the External Job Board on mobile browsers so the scrolling is consistent throughout. Recruit 1.48 Release Notes Page 4

5 Resizing Images on Mobile Browsers Job Seekers using mobile browsers are now able to adjust their pro le picture by using a crop tool. Populating a Candidate s Location When candidates register with Recruit, they will be asked for permission to use their browser to pull their location, so the eld will automatically be populated for them. If the candidate denies permission, they can dismiss the modal and proceed to the Basic Info step. Side Panel Improvements for Posting Jobs on Mobile Browsers Several updates and improvements have been made to the side panel for managers posting jobs to establish more parity on mobile devices. Headers have been updated to clearly label steps in the process based on whether or not a Basic or a Plus job is being posted. Pulling Location from Facebook Job Seekers registering with Facebook through the external landing page will now have their location pulled from their Facebook pro le. 6 Viewing Suggested Candidates Managers are now able to click on a Suggested Candidate after posting a Plus job to view the candidate s pro le before sending them an invitation to apply. Deleting Jobs Unposted jobs can now be deleted from a store through the Edit Job Post side panel in the Jobs tab. Recruit 1.48 Release Notes Page 6
