4 The Proposal Process In-Home Safety Services Deliverables: Clark County Business License Provide description of Agency and the current services offered Provide a list of currently employed Safety Manager(s) and submit your plan and timeline for hiring and training Provide documentation supporting Safety Manager(s) educational qualifications Provide documentation that Safety Manager(s) have completed the Nevada Initial Assessment (NIA) training Provide your agency s plan for Safety Manager(s) to provide Safety Services 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm and carry a caseload of one (1) to fifteen (15) families Provide your agency s plan for applying the Safety Management Categories and Associated Safety Services

6 The Proposal Process In-Home Safety Services What's next? The Vetting Process - Checking the Deliverables DFS Response- 5 Business days Fail Each provider is allotted one (1) attempts after receiving a failed Proposal Incomplete DFS will request additional information Pass An will be sent requesting the Background Certificate of Compliance Once the Background Certificate of Compliance is received, the Proposal packet and the Background Certificate of Compliance will be sent to DFS Contracts and Purchasing.

7 Contract for In-Home Safety Services CBE No In-Home Safety Services Contract The provider will receive a copy of the Contract for In-Home Safety Services Contract must be renewed every fiscal year Clark County Purchasing will either send a renewal letter or non-renewal letter to each Provider on the contract before the contract expiration
